If you are interested in Puerto Rico tax deeds/foreclosures, take a look at this site and click on the island (its the one that says PR). They list some properties here from time to time that are from county foreclosures:

P.S. I know most of you know, but Puerto Rico is still in the United States. Just an FYI since some people didn't know Key West was in the United States.
